William E. Silver, M.D., F.A.C.S. -
Dr. Silver founded Premier Image Cosmetic & Laser Surgery in 1970. With over 30 years experience in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery, Dr. Silver embodies the vision of integrating exceptional medical care with his own mastery and artistry of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Renowned nationally and internationally, Dr. Silver is dedicated to sharing his knowledge to other physicians through his lectures, teaching and training in the art and science of facial cosmetic surgery. While keeping a busy travel schedule, he always reserves plenty of time to care for his patients as well as accepting new patients. Whether a minor flaw, the aging process, or the effect of an illness or accident, Dr. Silver understands the connection between the way people feel about their appearance and the way they feel about themselves. He believes it is a unique privilege to enhance not only a person's appearance but more importantly their self-esteem. His goal is to restore a healthy, natural, beautiful, and youthful appearance using the latest, most advanced techniques in facial plastic non-surgical and surgical procedures. His greatest joy comes from improving the lives of his patients.
Dr. William Silver, his wife and two children reside here in Atlanta. They are known for their people-oriented approach to business and are passionately active in local community concerns. When Dr. Silver takes time to relax, he enjoys golfing, racket ball and most of all sculpting, which is actually an extension of his craft.
Louis M. DeJoseph, M.D. -
Dr. DeJoseph joined Premier Image Cosmetic & Laser Surgery in September of 2002 bringing with him the credentials, experience, and specialty training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. DeJoseph's well sought after talents and exceptional medical skills were not over looked by any means as he was soon asked to become a full partner in the practice.
Dr. DeJoseph is one of a handful of surgeons in the Atlanta area who has specialty training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He understands that the way people see themselves effects their social and business life, as well as their self esteem. "Giving a person back their youthful appearance with facial rejuvenation or correcting a defect from trauma or hereditary causes is a privilege". Dr. DeJoseph is passionate about his work and states his biggest thrill is when the patient returns with a smile that had missing for years. Their new attitude to live life more abundantly charges Dr. DeJoseph to exceed even his own dreams.
Dr. DeJoseph is double board certified in facial plastic & reconstructive surgery. He is a frequent lecturer to professional and civic groups, contributing author, and winner of many academic awards. Dr. DeJoseph serves on many local and national committees and is an active medial staff member at Emory Dunwoody Hospital, Northside Hospital, Grady Hospital, and North Fulton Hospital. He honorably holds academic appointment as Clinical Instructor at Emory University, School of Medicine.
Dr. Marc Klein -
Dr. Marc Klein brings with him 15 years of experience in the art of body sculpturing. He is board certified and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Medical Association, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
After completing his undergraduate education at the Duke University, Dr. Klein graduated from the Rutgers Medical College with his medical degree. His post-doctoral training began with a residency in general surgery at University of Maryland and a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Klein then served two specialty fellowships in cosmetic surgery at the prestigious University of Maryland and the Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
Dr. Klein has performed over 10,000 procedures for people throughout Georgia and across the United States. His extensive training, attention to detail and artistic touch produce exceptional results that are described by our patients as "Life Changing".
