While in medical school, Dr Mussat worked as a surgical assistant for several plastic surgeons in Paris, after which she developed a passion for Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. She completed her general surgery residency training and a critical care Fellowship at the state University of new York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, NY, and a Microvascular Research fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC, NY.
